How much cardio is too much?

No clue where to post this so I'll just post it here...

I was thinking of adding some cardio to my routine to maybe get rid of that little bit of fat left (I don't believe I have much, though I could be wrong), and I'm also just addicted to the gym. And I'd also like to increase my stamina, rather than just building strength.

So, instead of working out for 3 days, and then resting 1 day, I was thinking of maybe using that rest day for some cardio.

Now to my question(s):

1. Is that OK/wise?
2. If not, what are some other ways I could go about adding cardio to my routine so I can get rid of some of that "baby" fat and increase stamina a little bit?
3. How long many minutes would be OK to do cardio before I start hindering my muscle gains (that's if cardio does hinder muscle gains)?

Hey yeah, I just wanted to second that question. lol. I actually wish I had an answer to that because I myself have been working out wondering how to build muscle mass aswell as tone and fitness which seems there are different ways of achieving those goals. I also would like to remove a layer of fat on my stomach so my abs show through better. So will be good to get an answer about that.

IMO...it would be better to incorporate cardio more often than just on one day...as far as viceral fat goes, there has been some evidence (recent, not bodybyjake type stuff) to suggest that the muscles proximal (abs) to this fat will use it...this means you need to strengthen/build those abs...

What i would recommend is HIIT. U can sprint harcore for about 10-20 secs, then rest for about 40 secs. Repeat for about 10-15 mins. Much better at losing fat and not muscle than typical cardio.
