How much cardio is too much?
No clue where to post this so I'll just post it here...
I was thinking of adding some cardio to my routine to maybe get rid of that little bit of fat left (I don't believe I have much, though I could be wrong), and I'm also just addicted to the gym. And I'd also like to increase my stamina, rather than just building strength.
So, instead of working out for 3 days, and then resting 1 day, I was thinking of maybe using that rest day for some cardio.
Now to my question(s):
1. Is that OK/wise?
2. If not, what are some other ways I could go about adding cardio to my routine so I can get rid of some of that "baby" fat and increase stamina a little bit?
3. How long many minutes would be OK to do cardio before I start hindering my muscle gains (that's if cardio does hinder muscle gains)?
