On a superficial level, **** no.
However, fat guys can get chicks.
Some fat guys do get chicks.
Beyond carrying a bit of extra weight, real fat ppl are usually fat as a consequence of internal issues/unhappiness. Issues which usually drive ppl away from them.
So most of the time when I hear fat guys can't get chicks, I think its more cos their issues make em unhappy and thus fat as a consequence. Therefore, they never had an attractive enuff personality for the girls anyway.
Oh and in my experience, from physical standpoints, all the following work against you:
Fat, balding, short and asian.
