Actually some of us deal with things in life that are pretty crazy so when we get the chance to enjoy life - we actually enjoy life and are not so serious and really don't take these sort of things as serious as some people might :-)

I was soooo soooo kidding. I thought it would be and WAS great for you to be on...I wasl laughing about your posts re: the competition...lol. I hope you stick around on the thread anyways for some light hearted convo.
Also- I'm concerned about the lawsuits due to my support of Scivation...hmmm. Issue?? Don't know. Anyone?

Ya that's what I'm working on now. I'm bulking the best I can for another month at least! It's 90% clean but I'm not too worried about putting on some fat.. better for the pics right! I definately noticed with my last cut that I needed some more muscle! And now I kiinda have a feel of what my body responds to so it'll be even greater this time around

I don't think Scivation was included in that suit. Someone posted a thread somewhere in here that had details.

Well I did join the other competition and have already started my subliminal humor attacks that will include several cheezy and shameless promotion type photos with their products - however I do not think bb.com is ready for the photos of me shaving my ass and back yet... (I am really not sure if I am ready for that - shocker - its COLD in Iraq in the north and I can use the extra layer of warmth)
I can see my competition right now shaking in their boots - wait do civilians wear boots? If all of a sudden I get a ton of homemade cookies sent to me here - i know i got them worried

Day 5
Good Morning, fellow competitors!
I took 3 pills this morning at 0400; it is now 0500 and I don't feel sick or jittery! Woo-hoo! Major bonus. A lot of supps tear up my stomach. I feel very awake and ready to get this day under way.
Yesterday's diet was good. I hit my goal of 165 grams protein but went over on calories. I had a great back work out, lats are already singing love that feeling! Did some running and stair climber too. Burned 515 calories for the entire work out.
My abs are peeking back through so that makes me feel centered.
I feel fantastic and really feel comfortable with my diet and exercise plan for this. It's a great feeling.
Hope you all have a fantastic day.
Rubes - I would love to see you do this competition. But bulking is a mind game and challenge all on its own. Looking forward to seeing your POA (plan of attack) for your next step in this sport. I'm reading along - maybe not blogging too much, but I'm following ya!

Day 4 (Day 2 with pills)
So yesterday's clean eating went awesome. I am on a new plan and didn't really have many cravings. This is the second day with the pills- they don't really have that much of an effect but I want to following the dosage recommendations.
I am supposed to do cardio and abs today but my knee is pretty sore. So I put it off this morning and will do it tonight! Hope everyone is doing great!

I got my pills today...all the warnings have got me nervous! I'm not caffeine sensitive, but are most of you cutting out other forms of caffeine?

Yes, I used to drink energy drinks like crazy and they are out! And diet soda! Everything... I don't want any bad side effects!

I usually only drink one cup of coffee in the mornings but I do like the Crystal Light Energy. I am not super caffeine sensitive so I will keep going with the CL Energy and see how it goes. Hopefully I won't have to stop drinking it b/c I love that stuff It is way better than diet soda.

I think I ordered the wrong product damm!t!
OK, so I ordered the Hydroxycut Hardcore yesterday. I see this thread says Hydroxycut Max... Did I order the wrong product or is this a men's & women's fat burner, or one in the same? Yes, I'm confused! Help!

This contest is ONLY using Hydroxycut Max, which is a women's fat burner. Hardcore is the version for men.

Today was my first day taking the supplement. Started with only one 2x. I was fine so I will probably bump it up tomorrow. I have a serious Starbucks addiction so my caffeine tolerance is high, however I will be cutting starbucks out while taking the pills.

Hey I'm in, I'm not starting until new years though. Because I plan on doing both contest. Although that will limit my time I can do it. I have used the Hardcore since they came out with it, I love it though I think it doesn't work for me anymore because I've been on it so long. So I'm going to take the rest of this month to lose my tolerance. Then kick some butt in the new year! Good luck everyone!

Let the Transformation Begin!
I am super excited to hear about this contest! I was lacking in the motivation department and needed some short term goals - 8 weeks is perfect! I am going at it 100%! Good luck everyone!

Hey, me too, I'm doing both! You say you've used the Hardcore or Max? I accidently ordered the Hardcore (have since ordered the Max) but I'm wondering what the side effects are if a woman uses the Hardcore? Lol, am I going to start looking & sounding like a man? Feedback appreciated!

Great job on the 4#'s Meg! That's awesome! I did my bf last night and I lost .02%
I didn't have such a great day with diet today. Didn't "cheat" just didn't eat anything.
The hydroxycut full dose has given me a headache; tomorrow I will only take 2 pills twice. The 3 pills twice was over board. I did 3 yesterday and 2 pre-work out. I could feel a headache yesterday but I drank water through it and the feeling went away.
I'm not jittery or anything. I do feel super restless but my head is too achy and my eyes hurt to really do anything. Sigh...a blah day for me. I did hit the gym this morning and smoked my shoulders. Had an amazing workout. My right shoulder has a torn rotator cuff. I have been pushing through and icing it. I will probably have to have surgery on it to repair it.....just not ready for that yet.
Tomorrow will be a better day.
Hope you all have a fantastic night and are more focused than I am today.
