Bloated toad pics posted! ugh - I really hate them

Anywho - today is day 3. Made my 165 grams of protein goal. Got 101 carbs, 28 grams of fat and roughly 1480 cals! Right on target. Only did cardio today but ran for 25 minutes and then did another 15 minutes of bike sprints. Great cardio session 485 cals burned. Tomorrow is back and more cardio.

I hit all my macro goals today but I didn't enjoy some of the food so tweaking (yet again) that tomorrow. Had tried sludge again today and basically had to force it down. Nasty sucrolose taste....blah. Then it sat in my gut like a rock. So no more of that crap.

My current goal for this contest is to get to 15% body fat - so loose 4% as I am sitting right at 18.9...I really let that crawl up these last few months. I found myself being really relaxed with having a soda here and there and having some fries. It really is about the diet because I was still kicking it hard in the gym.

I took my first pill this morning. Took it as soon as I woke up at 0350. One pill had no effect on me so I stayed with the one pill for second dose today but will do two tomorrow.

I am sitting 10% higher than that in Bodyfat. I don't know what "looks good" this is the smallest I've been since High school. Your pics don't look bad at all!

Muscletech & Iovate are suing bb.com members that were reps for some competing companies. Actually just a bunch of regular "guys" like you and me. Something about patent infringement. Thanks for the compliment and vote of confidence, Rubes! Peeling bodyfat is actually a pretty easy goal - adding muscle is not! I'm excited to see how great my muscles (should) look at 15 percent - last time I was that low (3 years ago) I didn't have a lot of upper body muscle. So I have really worked on that - so we'll see

The first time you cut down is a learning experience. You find 1) what works for you diet wise 2) what you still need to work on ie adding muscle and 3) what you are made of.

You are working with someone so that is great that should take.a lot of guess work out of the diet. I've always done my own diet and my first cut was all over the place - sheer will and stubborness is the only thing that got bodyfat off of me then. Now I know what works and where I need to be I can cruise to those goals with minor tribulations (inner demons wanting m&m's at night!)

Let me know how those pills make you feel I took two this morning. I feel awake like if I had my coffee but I think I'll do 3 pre-workout.

Actually some of us deal with things in life that are pretty crazy so when we get the chance to enjoy life - we actually enjoy life and are not so serious and really don't take these sort of things as serious as some people might :-)

Well ladies the first week is almost over and I lost about 2 lbs.! I ordered my Hydroxycut but it hasn't got here yet! 2lbs without it, just think what's to come when I start taking it! Look out here I come! LOL!

I started the pills today. I have 1 person working with me on diet and the other on training- and they'r talking back and forth training to figure out what's best! I feel like I have been a pain in the butt this morning with all the questions I have been asking them!

I was supposed to do chest and I felt like I could breath as well. Not sure if it was from the pills or not. I ended up doing on 1 chest workout and the rest were shoulders. Lol. We'll see tomorrow how I do.
