I eat it plain or with chopped apple or some berries or even chopped avocado....
I also plop it on top my plain oatmeal in the morning - but most people I know don't like that

take a tablespoon and dig a huge scoop of peanut butter (orstick it up your ass and dig out some **** it doesnt really matter). Use the spoon to eat the CC and youll eat a tiny bit of the PB as you go along
