Gymnastics Training

Just wanted to know if I made a journal of my gymnastics strength training program, would anybody be interested in checking in?
Obviously the goal is not hypertrophy, but I see a a lot of big guys who can't even do a handstand, let alone an iron cross or a one armed pull-up etc.
I won't be starting this if nobody is interested, and It will be a few weeks because I have to wait for my shoulder to heal (stretched a ligament).
Just let me know below, even if only one person is interested in checking in i'll be writing and updating daily.

I would really be interested in this - i used to do a lot of body weight type exercises when i used to do a lot of martial arts but its nothing compared to what i have seen gymnasts do - I have been thinking about this for some time to integrate gymnast conditioning style training with my weight training regime so that I can better improve my pound for pound strenght as opposed to absolute strength.
