PCT Day 10

Back workout today went well. The lat pulldown at LA Fitness is a bit tougher for me than the other gyms I've trained at. For example I used 180 lbs for 12 reps, 200 lbs for 8-10 reps.

At LA I felt the original left bicep spasm & twinge while doin 160lbs. Today, several weeks later I handled 190lbs for 12 reps.

My one arm DB row was up today at 110lbs DB for 10 strong reps.

The hammer strength hi row was up this week as well at 3 x 45lbs plates on each side doing single arm pulls.

Two DB two arm rows elbow out last set with 55lbs DB x 13 reps.

STATS:

Weight: 228lbs = up 2lbs

Bodyfat: 16.7% = was 18.1%

Fat weight: 37.135 = was 40.855

I've weighed in later in the evening at my gym at 233lbs digital scale.

These measurements were at Waterford Kettering HS with their certified athletic trainer on a dial type scale after waking up, on one protein shake, after a ****/piss.

I havent figured out how to put all the data and pics, etc just yet. Looking for some opinions on my supplementation. Currently take 2000mg BCAA, 1500mg glutamine, 1500mg arginine, 1-a-day vitamin when I wake. Breakfast is the same: egg whites, toast, milk, cheese.

I drink Sytha-6 shakes as morning/afternoon snacks (9:45 & 3:30). Before working out, I take 2 scps Juggernaut and then hit it. After working out, 2 scps of Por-NOS, same amounts of glutamine, arginine, BCAAs post-wrkout (includes white bread & jelly for carbs). Eat dinner around 9 every night. No carbs after post-workout.

I take the Hemo in the AM w/ my shake. After finishing the bottle, I'll use Novadex by Gaspari. I'm very regimined in my work-outs and have been hitting it hard, but only to stay in lean shape for the last 2 years. I play beach v-ball a ton. Any suggestions for improvement from anyone?? ThanKs!!
I take it that your goal now is to add quality muscle?

Im not familiar with Juggernaut or Por-NOS?

My focus on this Hemogen-B52 was to delete any performance & muscle enhancing supplements such as creatine & NO products. For the reason to see how effective this supplement is at gaining lean muscle.

Im not saying that you should do the same. What I do now know is that Pharma Resources PH work. Im up 5lbs muscle down 3lbs fat off of a 30 day cycle.

Im also now aware how much more powerful it will be to add other supplements to it. Some say that creatine is not necessary during PH cycles but is a great idea to immediately add to your PCT. This is my current approach as Im on VPX NO Shotgun pre-workout and will add their non stimulant Synthesis post workout soon. For now post workout is 2 scoops of Elite Iso Whey, 8-16 oz Gatorade.

Your nutrition seems sound. Your baseline supplements such as multi vitamin, BCAAs, protein etc sound good. Are you using EFAs? You want a high protein, moderate carb, moderate fat diet (40/30/30).

Im not good at getting fancy on the computer either so do not feel bad.

I now have a new computer and will attempt to post the pre cycle pics and new pics that I'll take this weekend ASAP. Im going to use photobucket again.

Peace ~

PCT - 2 Weeks ending

Chest workouts going as well as can be expected with the right shoulder pain limiting the amount of weight used. 80lbs incline DB presses this week for final set versus 85lbs last week. But machine flyes done first were done heavier.

I was able to do 70lbs DB shoulder press x 8 reps following chest, lateral machine raise. Surprisingly, there was far less pain in the right shoulder with shoulder DB press vs incline DB press.

Hopefully, I will be able to get on the Adequan injections by January so that I can have a solid 6-8 weeks of intense training before the diet starts in March for the Natural Michigna July 2009.

Arm workout went well considering right shoulder limitations on close grip bench press and left wrist ongoing with bicep curls. Strength is good it's just these damn joint issues.

I mean really... I injured the left wrist spinning out in my SUV, hitting a wall on the highway in sick down pour, 5am on my birthday September 13. But this is a golf re-injury after a 2005 subluxation (a dislocation that pops back into place on its own).

Leg workout went well today. I changed some things up a bit. Higher reps. Moderately heavy weight but not max weights however close. Rep ranges 15-25 reps with less rest inbetween sets.

It began with 5 sets of leg extension, 3 sets single leg leg press, 4 sets Hammer Strength V-squat with 8 plates x 15 reps final set. Leg press 3 sets with final set 14 plates x 15 reps. Seated ham curls with less pain in the lateral lower hamstring tendonitis.

Tomorrow's goal is a crushing back thickness training session!

PCT Day 16

Feeling great today on chest day. The left shoulder is probably about 95% and can handle some weight. The right shoulder that became painful midway through the left shoulder rehab felt better going into the workout but was still very painful and limited.

Able to go heavier on machine and cable flyes. Able to do flat DB presses up to 70lbs for 12 reps but pain was significant then & began with 60s.

Incline DB presses were painful at 60s for 15 reps.

Frustration is at bay due to the potential order of Adequan I will obtain in January with much optimism. Time to ice the shoulders...

Im now day 16 PCT off of the Hemogen B52. Next cycle will be the Hemobolin 250. I know that the Hemogen B52 is 26mg H-drol/26mg S-drol. I now know that Hemobolin is a triple threat of H-drol, S-drol & Epistane. But I do not know the mg's per compound.

Night Train feel free to chime in on the Hemobolin dosing and my next statement as well.

My next PH run will be the Hemobolin. Some people run 75 - 100mg of either S-drol or H-drol when one of these compounds are run independently. Since Hemogen is 52mg of methylated PH - I was thinking of ramping up to 75/100/100/75 by adding 1/2 - 1 tab Hemogen to 1 tab Hemobolin depending on it's dosage of H-drol/S-drol/Epi.

Another idea was to add 800mg Bold to the Hemobolin 250 cycle.

So far so good - no sides!

Ben - we'll also discuss the Rage line soon. I have a tester or two for Pharma Resources or Rage.

Dame i think you are mis- representing what you are talking about... i have never seen or heard of anyone running SD @ 75-100 mg. the most i have ever heard was 40 and i would think the sides @ 40 would be not worth the gains. i have run SD @ 30 and it is kinda rough with the sides bt did get really good gains. now H-drol im not too well versed on but i think 75-100 is kinda like what alot of people run.
OK BEN, you can chime in anytime now and let us know what you think, could he go 1.5-2 caps per day? i cant remember the mg of ea compound in the 250....

Yes, goal was to gain lean mass. And I have 2 bad shoulders as well. Not above head presses or any type...only front, lateral, & rear raises and variations can be done. I hate it!

ABout to close up tomorrow on wk 2. Strength is flying up (added 20lbs and 3 reps to my last set in first week! For me, thats good. Today is back (deadlifts) and tomorrow chest. That'll confirm what I already know. I've gained about 3 lbs since last Friday. Jeans are still loose too. I think the Juggernaut (creatine & NO booster) is causing a tad bit of water retention. Pro-NOS is whey protein mix...mochachinno is AWESOME! I take only after work-outs with white bread & jelly.

I'm keeping a log and will post the deltas along with exact supplementaion when done. My girl likes the increased libido a ton too. Slight agression noted on 2 occassions. Took a before pic and will take one just after New Years. Plan to keep my diet the same or add more calories. I've got until March to get cut! Luvin it...

PCT 4th week began today...

I've changed up my workout plan...

Today was moderate weight, higher reps, less rest inbetween sets. Focusing on feeling the muscle and the pump.

Last set examples: Leg Extension last set 150lbs x 25 reps, Walking Lunge 35lbs db's x 15 reps each leg, Leg Press 12 plates x 25 reps, HS V-squat 6 plates x 15 reps drop to 4 plates x 15 reps then drop to 2 plates x 30 reps while Super Setting Seated Leg Curls 110lbs x 15 reps...

Warm up Side Delt Machine 50x20x2, 60x12x2
Shoulder DB Press last set 70lbs db's x 15 reps SS DB shrugs last set 110s x 12 reps
Thumbs up Front DB Raise 15s x 15 drop to 5s x 15 reps then SS to
Leaning Fwd 2 DB raise for mid/lower trap (shoulder stability ex)
Side DB raise 20s x 15 reps SS to Front Raise palms down 15s x 15 reps

NEXT WORKOUT XMAS EVE:

The plan is to train the same way supersetting Chest/Back and Tri/Bi's ending with some calf raises.

This will be the last week of PCT. I will take the entire end of December off from lifting except for some core work and light cardio unti well into the first week of January. This will be difficult because I love to lift. But I have never taken total time off from lifting since October 2007. Even with injuries I may have skipped that bodypart for 2-4 weeks or trained around it but not time off from total lifting.

January will be moderate lifting with some heavier final sets but mostly mind muscle pumping. I also plan on getting my joints in order including an injectable substance approved in Europe for humans but only really used in canine/equine in the U.S. - Adequan IM.

February will be my next PH cycle. I have my Hemobolin 250 (H-drol, S-drol, Epastine) but I may switch to the Rage line... unsure? The diet will be clean but more calories than this last cycle. Work makes it hard to get in the 5th meal so I plan to have Extend BCAA supplement on hand.

And this next cycle I may continue the NO Shotgun/Synthesis!

Thanks for following along. I will start a new thread in February!
