trouble burning fat
any ideas on burning fat , all answers welcome.

strcit diet, really watch your percentages...its not an overnight thing. diet, diet, diet...along with propper cardio and training....but diet, all about your percentage intakes and burned cals....read up on it, interesting stuff

Go into a caloric deficit (eat less than you burn off), keep lifting, and do cardio. If you are doing all these things already, you could try upping the cardio.

he want to burn fat, no lose weight...cal watching is a trash way to burn fat, read up on it (any nutrition cert site)

Fat burning... try HIIT cardio first thing in the morning with some sort of thermogenic and an empty stomach. Sprinting hills or stadiums works, also run a minute on the treadmill and then walk a minute.. repeat. I hope that helps!!

So what your suggesting is burning fat without loosing weight?
Are you saying he can loose fat with a calorific excess just by changing his macros?
I think your wrong here bro. Yes you need the right macros to make sure you keep as much muscle as you can but if your not in overall calorific deficit then you ain't gonna burn alot of fat.
