Now, something like CGBP is a bit different, as the Tri's seem to fade with much less warning

But a cage is definitely the thing for a home gym!

I'm sure we've all done this before: When you pull the pin out from a high cable machine whatever attachment comes crashing down on your head because it weighs more than the lightest plate.

On Saturday I developed a severe cramp in my abs after doing a set of sit ups in the gym. I got really worried because I thought I strained a muscle because it was pretty painful. It turned out to be only a spasm. Whew!

There is this ab bench that has a lever underneath it. When you pull the lever, it lowers one end of the bench so that you can do sit ups at a decline or something. Well one day I was laying face down on it while my legs were extending straight outward off of the bench in a sort of lower back exercise. I need to hold on to something so that I could hold the position longer and of all things, I grabbed the lever! I came crashing down w/aloud thud! lol.

Luckily this happened at home. One day when I first started doing deadlifts I was doing some reps and after about 3 sets my azz cramped up big time, about that time my wife came out to the garage and laughed her azz off big time at me trying to rub the cramp out.
