SP250/ SizeOn/ Xtend... priority?
How would you prioritise these 3 for lean gains?
Further: If i were to get only 2 of the 3, what combination would work best?
ie SP250/ SizeOn, or SP250/ Xtend etc
Can SizeOn/ Xtend be taken together??

I probably wouldn't get any of them to be honest. I'd just get a cheap creatine monohydrate, dextrose, whey protein, multivitamin, and maybe some casein protein. Add some caffeine pills if you want a boost when you lift.
The more supplements I try the more I realize that these are the only ones I care to use.

If you only get two, get Xtend and Size On. They work very well together. Oddly enough, Lemonade Xtend and Grape Size On taste great together.

LOL...I think it does too, but since I have both grape sizeon and lemonade xtend at home, I just might have to try this.

Thank you for being informed... most all those supps are a complete waste of money, i find i get a wicked workout with the combination of the sugar rush from my homemade creatine (creatine mono+dextrose+glycocarb+little koolaid) and some caffeine.
Edit: to be more specific, i take a half scoop of glycocarb, half dose of dextrose and just a teaspoon of koolaid.

Not a bad little combo. If you goal is to put on size, I would reccomend supplementing with Xtend and a creatine product.

thanks for the feedback. I actually splurged and got all 3 lol now, what is the best timing to take all 3 for pre/intra/ post workout?? Being a 125lb female of course im going to have to adjust recommended dosing..

Follow instructions 
SP250 - 1-2.5hours after a solid meal
SizeOn - you can get away with 1/2 scoop intra if you want
Xtend - 1 scoop with SizeOn
