Not a bad price, and I'm curious about this "fractured" version (in fo 4). I use "regular" chia, but I don't think my system breaks it down at all - I think it comes out in the same form it went in.... (and it gets run through a blender to make my shakes)

"Plain" chia on eBizzle - aboot $30 for 3 pounds, delivered.

If you're looking for something to thicken up your shakes this is prolly a good buy for you.

If you've never googled / stumbled across the "chia -vs- Salba" drama, it's a hoot.

I don't know about you guys but I wish they'd offer Chia and the like more.
Personally I use Hemp but I've been wanting to try Chia (the price has been holding me back).

As stated - in bulk, it's cheap on eBay. "Salba" on the other hand is an arm and a leg no matter where you get it

I use a ton of raw, mixed nuts (Sam's/COSTCO), hempnuts, flax seed meal (VitaCost), and the chia. Tons of OMEGA-3, decent amount of protein, and all the fiber you need.

why not just get caffine since thats the only thing thats listed. I dont know about other ppl but I can't train when I got a caffine buzz.

Wasn't today surpose to be Gut Health. What's with wheycheap not giving us a product that is promised to be on wheycheap.
