Question H.i.i.t???

I have been working out steadily for the last three years (yay!) but, my progress has plateaued as usually happens every few months to which I find a new workout but this time I'm interested in fimding a good H.I.I.T. program to help tone and tighten, furthering my results. Does anyone out there have a good training program they swear by? ANY results would be appreciated. Thanks!

over the summer I used HIIT in the form of sprinting to accelerate fat loss. I was cutting, so my diet was strict. The results were very good however and I maintained most of my muscle mass. If you just want to tone, then try sprinting 100-200m, then walking 200m. Do this for about 30-40 minutes. I think about 3 or 4 days a week should suffice.

It works well whether you are cutting, maintaing, or even bulking. Enjoy.

Dropped my progress significantly (bulking).

HIIT is not good for my metabolism, I guess.
