nah its alright man, i know my arms are lacking but i do have a really thick chest which is probly the fav part on my body, its so hard to bring arms up when you have tennis elbow, i cant go as heavy during tricep movements, some bicep movements and some chest movements, i cant do skull crushers anymore and alot of over the head work its so gay but i manage , will be posting pics every 3-4 weeks or so

i used to be a butcher, and it was very taxing on the forearms and arm region and back then i used to train 7days a week, and i mean train in the gym intense for 2 hours each day, i wouldn't listen to anyone until i copped the injury.. i guess it was a mixture of work and overtraining in the gym that lead to tennis elbow, its not so bad now after alot of anti-inflammatory tablets and physio, accupunture etc etc, i only feel it from time to time now.. so i kinda know were my limitations are now.. i thought i was superman back then lol, i kinda know where to push myself now but not to the extent that i will injure myself more

Lookin' think bro. The lighting does you no justice at all. I'll be following your progress... Are you looking to compete?

lol cheers bro, i don't use lighting to make me look bigger or leaner, its the only way to be critiqued properly, yeah i am planning on competing naturally in a couple years, i want to make sure i come top 2 when i compete, lately i have been focusing on my lagging bodyparts, so when i finish cutting i should see a big difference

cheers cuz, workin on the arms, my biceps are thick as hell but they lack peak due to the genetic sides of things, but slowly slowly im working on peak with concentration curls, preacher curls and cg curls.., tri's im adding size slowly slowly, im hitting tris twice a week with delts its hard when you got a dodgy elbow, your restricted to a certain amount of weight load.
