One new picture, haven't taken a side chest in awhile so figured that would be a little something different.

I've always been pretty vascular especially in my forearms which you can't really see there, started seeing veins in my traps and calves as well lately.
Weight is still staying steady, trying to gain as much weight as I can before I start dieting around feb, hoping to leave myself around 12 weeks to cut.

I've never had pure l-arginine itself, though I do take animal pak and I have taken animal pump, which both contain l-arginine. I do like the pumps I get from animal pump and some NO samples I've had in the passed, and whether I can contribute that to just l-arginine its hard to tell. Though you wouldn't have to cycle that stuff either way and I doubt you would see any sides.
Also here are some new pics:
First one is just straightening my arm to the side, pretty much relaxed, last two are just some side bi/chest pics. This was a leg day so pretty much cold other than lifting the 45 plates around onto and off the squat rack and leg press machine, but the girlfriend thought my arms looked big so she wanted to take some new pics :P

Very motivating to someone like me, I was once 120lbs too but I am not quite as tall, maybe 5'7 to 5'8" I was up to 154lbs and since lost it back down to about 129. Extremely disappointing with myself for slacking off the past year!
120 to 190's is crazy inspiration for me, I have always been thin like that except a year ago I was actually getting close to where I wanted to be -- then I got a girlfriend and she drained me of my ambition. Luckily I have been back at it again though and already starting to see some of what I lost looking like it's gonna bust out of me all over again.
You're not too far away I see, Holland MI here.

Thanks a lot, yeah took quite awhile to bring the tri's out and add thickness to the back of my arm but it seems to be coming along good :P

Ha well we all have our own goals and ambitions. Just keep at with what you want to accomplish and you'll get there.

I'm actually 208 now, still gotta get another 25 hopefully. Yeah and I know how it feels to lose weight, I've been sick quite a few times over the year and been up and down in weight so it gets depressing when that scale goes down. But just use that as motivation to come back stronger and bigger.
And yeah I've been to holland, lots of MI people on here.

Figured I'd bump this up with some more wheel pics, legs are extremly solid now, just holding a bit of fat but bulking up great. Calves have come a long way as well, I don't have the greatest calf genetics but I'm happy with how well they've come along so far. Working on putting more mass on my hams and deeper cuts in my quads, with that said:
