I completely changed my eating habits along with doing hiit and no longer see it as a "diet" its just my lifestyle and I love it. I just recentley started lifting weights about two months ago and am happy with the results so far.
I'd like to loose about 15 more pounds and then start hitting the weights hard...buts its all patience patience patience as I have learned.
On with the pics:
This was Last thanksgiving: (273lbs)
Earlier this week: (208lbs)
and for sh*ts and giggles, this shirt used to be tight on me..

These transformations are absolutely amazing!! I am a new member (1st post) and I was wondering what was done to tighten up the abdomen area. I am in the process of losing weight... going from 345 to hopefully 200-210ish. I still have a long road but seeing this is truly inspiring!! Keep up the good work!!

Nah to be honest. I liked you better before.
That ofcourse doesn't mean your transformation doesnt look amazing. But I prefer a ladie like you were in the first pics.
I mean damn.. look at your back shot. Imagine hitting that and have all that bum waving around...
girl your sexy as hell.

I wanna be one of those bodyspace ads. Any chance?
This was eight months. Check out my story on my bodyspace blog! Just diet and determination sans drugs (not that I have a problem with that)
Someone get me on the bodyspace adds in the mags.

No, no exercise when I did keto. I just wanted to get thin, weight lifting wasn't even in my realm of ideas. Once I got my six pack I realized I was lacking what makes a good physique, muscle. My dad was a big body builder back in his day so I figured I would give it a try but keep strict nutrition.
Once I left for college I was sort of forced to break a super clean diet, which is why I gained some fat.
Bulking wise, I dont plan to. I am putting on muscle, but very slowly. I am alright with it though, I am trying to stick to the slimmer, lean look. Currently I am just eating instinctively and trying to not deprive myself of any hunger I have, lifting routinely and overall pretty happy gains wise.

From gut to buff
Summer 07 in the first pic and summer 08 in the second. In summer 07 I wore size 44 pants, got winded unwrapping a candy bar and felt miserable. Now I feel like a different person in my 33 reg fit Levis! So worth all the sacrifice.
I lifted heavy in the 5 rep range, big compounds, and ran my butt off. Ate about 3000 cals a day at first on the program and then cut down to 2200. Went from 250 to 180.
Currently 185, after a very clean and slooooooow bulk. Lean for life, baby! Never goin' back to what I was! NEVER!
