9:30am Danon Light & Fit Rasperry yogurt
12:00pm Lasagna w/ meat
2:00pm cup of wild rice and chicken soup
4:30pm 1 scoop whey protein w/ skim milk
6:00pm .3lb salmon fillet, small sweet potato
9:00pm 1 scoop casein protein shake, with skim milk
3pm Training:
Jogging

5 mins @ 5.5mph
Shoulders
Bent Over Flye 2x12, 1x11 with 12.5lb DBs
Overhead DB Press 2x12, 1x10 with 22.5lb DBs
Forearms
DB Wrist Curl 3x16 with 15lb DBs
Chest
DB Bench Press 3x12 with 22.5lb DBs
Pec Machine Flye 2x11, 1x10 with 60lb weight
Precor Machine
20 mins, medium intensity
Walking
5 mins @ 3.5mph
8pm Training
Jogging
1 min @ 4.5mph
5 mins @ 5.5mph
Walking
8 incline, 3.3mph for 40 mins
I don't usually have the time to train twice in one day but when I do, I like to end my day walking on the treadmill and reading my book of choice =)
