A Love/Hate Battle.

To whom it may concern,

I guess, I'm not sure if anyone follows these but I need some form of journal and I figured this was a more strict way of doing it than the random scraps of paper I'd write on and then throw in one of my empty whey containers. I realize that my diet and training regimen probably contain flaws and if any of you see areas that I could improve upon or even just random tips I'd really love to get any kind of feedback and encouragement you all have to offer. So without further ado;

Current Stats:
Weight - 145lbs
BF - 20%
Arms - 11"
Waist - 34.5"
Thighs - 20.75"
Calves - 14.5"
(I'll update these once every two weeks)

Monday December 1st 2008:

Diet:
6:15am 1.5cups Life cereal, 3/4cup skim milk

9:30am Danon Light & Fit blueberry yogurt

12:00pm Asian Chicken salad (from Granite City) about half of it.

1:30pm Asian Chicken salad (from Granite City) 1/4 of it.

5:00pm Met-Rx Big 100 Colossal Crispy Apple Pie bar

7:00pm 1/4 cup wild rice, 1/4lb chicken breast

10:00pm Cup green tea, 2 tbsp sugar


8pm Training:

Jogging
1 min @ 4.5mph
5 mins @ 5.5mph

Standing calf raise 4x18, 210lbs.. alternating toes in and toes out on sets.
Seated calf press 3x16, 110lbs

Intervals
30 seconds at 9mph, 8 times
45 second rests @ 3.5mph

Jogging
4 mins @ 5mph



At the end of the day I was pretty exhausted, probably because I threw all of this together while I was at work in the morning. I find when I plan everything out and write it all down the day before I get through everything wayy easier.

6:15am 1.5cups Life cereal, 3/4cup skim milk

9:30am Danon Light & Fit Rasperry yogurt

12:00pm Lasagna w/ meat

2:00pm cup of wild rice and chicken soup

4:30pm 1 scoop whey protein w/ skim milk

6:00pm .3lb salmon fillet, small sweet potato

9:00pm 1 scoop casein protein shake, with skim milk


3pm Training:

Jogging
1 min @ 4.5mph
5 mins @ 5.5mph

Shoulders
Bent Over Flye 2x12, 1x11 with 12.5lb DBs

Overhead DB Press 2x12, 1x10 with 22.5lb DBs

Forearms
DB Wrist Curl 3x16 with 15lb DBs

Chest
DB Bench Press 3x12 with 22.5lb DBs
Pec Machine Flye 2x11, 1x10 with 60lb weight

Precor Machine
20 mins, medium intensity

Walking
5 mins @ 3.5mph


8pm Training

Jogging
1 min @ 4.5mph
5 mins @ 5.5mph

Walking
8 incline, 3.3mph for 40 mins


I don't usually have the time to train twice in one day but when I do, I like to end my day walking on the treadmill and reading my book of choice =)
