Hey whats goin on. yea i don't have any pictures to post up on this thread, but i was wondering can you comment my pics on my profile cause no one does and i would really appreciate to get your guys opinions on me so i can know what i lack the most, like my pros and cons basically from other peoples point of view. I do take constructive criticism lol so dont be lenient. haha to get straight to the damn point can ya comment my pictures.

Eat like a beast, train like a beast, sleep like a baby. Best advice I can give you. You're looking alright, but you need a lot more size. You're young though and have plenty of time, along with high test production. If you're eating, training, and resting properly you'll make some big changes.

Train hard and eat right (and a lot)!

I had a simular build at your age, I was actually a little thinner and less cut.

Add on a little lean mucle mass and you'll be set.

I think by summer you'll already have some impressive gains...good luck!
