Whew! Read the whole thing...not a myth!

Just a few things, IMO, that might be myths.

You decide. Sorry for any redundancies previously posted.

"Intuitive" bodybuilding is a foolish pursuit for foolish people and there really is no such thing.

It doesn't matter whether you eat carb and protein together.

It matters whether you eat carb and protein together.

If you do eat carb and protein together, it doesn't matter which one you eat first.

If you do eat carb and protein together, it does matter which one you eat first.

What you eat won't affect your muscle quality.

What you eat will affect your muscle quality.

It doesn't matter if you clean bulk or not.

It does matter if you clean bulk or not.

If you're a hard gainer and you are stuck, then eat! eat! eat!

It doesn't matter in what order you exercise muscle groups. You can go from smaller to larger or larger to smaller.

There is a big difference between "shaping" and "mass building" exercises.

There isn't much of a difference between shaping and mass building exercises.

Doing back and biceps in the same workout is always best.

Doing chest and shoulders in the same workout is always best.

A dip is a dip is a dip.

You really should supplement with creatine, you'll get better results, guaranteed.

Cardio has no effect on bodybuilding gains.

You don't have to do cardio to make bodybuilding gains.

You can take "plant oil" only and there is no need for fish oil.

You can take "fish oil" only and there is no need for "plant oil".

You should take both plant and fish oil for best results.

Fish oil "a" is better than fish oil "b".

Plant oil "a" is better than plant oil "b".

You should take X amount of fish and/or plant oil X times a day.

You can't overcome genetics at all.

You can overcome genetics to X degree.

You can't do any exercise(s) to increase bicep peak.

You can do exercise(s) to increase bicep peak.

You can't do any exercise(s) increase bicep width.

You can do exercise(s) to increase bicep width.

A person with no pix can't possibly be a "real bodybuilder" and they must be a troll.

A person with pix can't possibly be a troll and they must be a real bodybuilder.

Someone who posts mostly or only in bodybuilding related topics must be a real bodybuilder, not a troll, and someone who posts mostly or only in misc. sections must be a troll, not a real bodybuilder.

Someone who posts all their stats is a real bodybuilder and someone who doesn't, is a troll.

Primarily relying on a tape measure as opposed to the mirror to judge gains is the best method.

And on and on and on and on...And on and on and on and on..................

most likely pounds. I don't think 135 is a common kilo weight to be used. While 135 is a normal weight that is said, like 225, etc.

Random observation. The people who have actually put programs and thoughts down for others to use tend to be far more open minded and infinitely less rigid than the overwhelming majority of the people who form a cult around said programs.

Someday I'd like to know why weight training produces this kind of weird adherence and idolization/idealization that you typically only find in politics and religion. I have yet to figure that out entirely but largely it seems to be people who can't or won't think for themselves.

Someone who knows their board history. Yaay! But yeah those dc/hiit wars were quite brutal. Then everyone just disappeared. Fortified Iron started posting less and less and resided mainly on his own website/forum. Iron on my mind went MIA. BigMoneyHeavyWeight dissappeared into the darkness. And AJ fell into the void seemingly overnight.
