Goal weight: 180 lbs.
I'll be doing elliptical 5x/week plus my usual walking to and from campus throughout the day, rather than using the shuttle. Diet will be eating 1800-2000 calories a day of clean food, probably a 40/40/20 ratio for protein/carbohydrates/fat.

it'd be a fun ass idea if we had a tournament type deal.. could be a good motivator, i'd loose 25$ to get to the next level faster. maybe like protein bars & powder instead of $$ LOL

We all been here before.. (Newb) so let me get my schooling in too.
Any good workout routines for fat burning. I am currently doing 30min run/walk then weight train to failure then another 30 min run/walk on treadmill, bike or eliptical 3x a week. I normally do not have a specific machine / exercise I just try to workout every body part. Can someone help out with a good routine and eating routine/foods?

If organized into weight divisions so everyone gets a chance to compete I would be willing to buy the supplement of someones choice who makes the biggest change in a 12 week cycle for my division (people 225lbs +). The winner could be decided by making a poll thread with everyones week 1 and week 12 pictures posted. If not some fancy little signature could be made for each division winner, which the grand champion chosen from all winners in each division...let me know what you think

big issue for me, i am working my a$$ off at the gym, my weight has not changed by at least 2-3 lbs. but my clothes are getting baggy to point of pants falling off when i walk. So... yeah I guess in some cases numbers wont work for me, maybe just inches. I keep posted.

That'll happen. For me, the first month didn't see any change in the scales, but I did notice the change around my waist and stomach. Then the next month saw me lose 1.5kgs.
Unfortunately I have been on vacation through November and haven't really done much, but this comp will help me keep on track and stay focused.
