As for which is more attractive, how "lean and hard" and "soft and curvy" are we talking? I think a fit body is more attractive than an unfit one but I think "soft and curvy" can be fit as can "hard and lean." It just depends on the person and how they pull it off.
Fortunately you've posted pictures. If you're deadlifting 145 at your size, and giving a big smile while you're doing it, you're not all that soft. (I think soft and curvy can look just fine, but I'd say you're about halfway between soft-curvy and hard-lean.)

lean and hard? or soft and curvy?... this is all a matter of what a specific man prefers, u cant just generalize and say
"all men like women to be lean-hard/soft-curvy". This is like asking how do women like their men?:...lean w/ripped muscle,or huge buff but not as ripped, or slender with no muscle, or chubby, or obese, etc....? every women has their own preferences/standard, just as men do with women. one man may like girls with the rock solid body full of muscles, while his buddy likes his females to have some curves and some meat on her.....it just all depends on what your attracted to.
