Anyone know any good shoulder excersises to gain mass, I train allot and my shoulders seem to be behind the rest of my body. They are strong but they dont look it in comparison to the rest of me.
Any recomendations?

Stop working out entirely so that the rest of your body shrinks to match your shoulders?
What do you do for shoulders? Most people respond better to higher reps for shoulders.

Try military presses, lateral raises and bent laterals.

Side incline press
I've been doing shoulder press while laying on my side on an incline bench. They end up being a single arm press almost straight out to the side. It hits the shoulder different than anything else I've tried recently. its worth a try anyway.

Perfect, one solid exercise for each head. Do a decent amount of sets with high intensity for each exercise and they'll grow as they should.

I like doing military press standing. I do as many reps as possible using strict form, then you can cheat afterwards to get a couple more reps out.

any press is good, utilize whatever you have there, just make sure your not sticking with the same weight from week to week.
progressive overload is your friend.

For me, low rep shoulder exercises do nothing.
I do high rep SM shoulder press, and lateral raises. I strive for constant tensions throughout movement.
Side presses on SM also are good - tried them the other day.
Stick with a few movements only

^^ That hits it right on the head. Actually, all 3 heads
I read about an exercise called the "side press" on here the other day. It's also a very good movement.

High intensity and volume with numerous isolation movements.
That should work.

Simple and to the point, hits all 3 heads.
Keep intensity high and do those 3 exercises and that is all you should need for your shoulder, remember less is more and don't overtrain.

Thanks for all the advice.
Up to now I have been doing:
DB shoulder press
side raises
front raises
Bent laterals
all 4 sets with 10 reps
Think im going to change it to
military presses, lateral raises and bent laterals
I'll stick with the 4 sets with 10 reps

I agree with this. I have a home gym and always had to do seated. I moved recently and still did seated for a while just because I figured the ceiling was too low. The other day I found out it was not and was very happy
Mixing it up is a good idea though. Here's something weird: I can do more weight doing a seated overhead press with DBs than doing a standing military press with a barbell. This seems weird because seated and DBs usually equals less power...

Seated overhead press will allow you to push more weight as opposed to the military press (standing). You take out many stabilizer muscles that will hold you back.
The DB to BB part I can't comment on. Depends on how much more you can push with the DBs. But everyone should be able to push more weight of the same type, seated vs standing. Only way standing gets more weight, is if you turn it into a push press.

Facepulls are pretty sweet for Rear Delt. Plus they workout other muscles in the back at the same time.
Other than that DB or BB military press.
You could also try partials. Only do the bottom range of the movement and don't go all the way up. The bottom range of the press is what activates the shoulders the most.
