Detoxing My System
anyone know of a proven detox system?
i wanna cleanse my body of all the crap
figure it will help my gains too
i know of a few
just wanted to know what else was out there

I think lots of Fiberous foods, and water/tea would do similar....I hate claims that it makes you crap out 20+ years of bad stuff....

If you take 2 to three good craps per day then you dont need to detox. Now if you do a lot of ph cycles, take a bunch of fat loss suppps or if you are constantly on a high protein diet than it wouldnt hurt to do a detox. Just find one that is about a week and that is total body.

there are different types of cleanses: liver, kidney, and colon cleanses.

x2. Also drink water but you being an experienced lifter i imagine you are on top of your water intake. Detox concoctions and patches and pills are scams. Eat healthy and drink water and your body will do the rest.
