Screw LA....get a membership at Lifestyles...they have like 20 locations around the area and have way better equipment than LA. They have one on university, in winter park, lake mary, oviedo (red bug rd) etc. And you can go to any one o you want. I'm a UCF student too BTW.

I am... once I get started that is, and I am one of those people that just does not like to work out alone, I get too bored too fast. Having someone to work out with would help me get back in to shape a lot faster, haha. Where about are you in Orlando? I am just a few minutes down the road from UCF, right off University and Econ.

Not that great! I think they are getting ready to revamp it though so hopefully it gets better. There is usally not a equipment issue though which i have found in some gyms.

Do it sir. Every gym is huge and has brand new equipment, you are allowed to do big compounds like deadlifting, the dumbells go up to 150's at most, all the cardio equipment is new and has HD TV's, the locker rooms have motion sensors for everything, blah blah blah. I look forward to going so much I often gotta force myself to leave. Join if you are a man.
