Hey Gaspari!
I'm new to the forum and this is my first post I hope I get it right. I'm on my 28th day of a 42 day Halodrol Liquigel cycle. When I first started taking them I was lucky enough to stumble across this forum and I learned that I should discontinue my fish oil pills until I was done with the HLG's. Now I read that I shouldn't be eating eggs, almonds, or red meat. Heck I've been eating all three! I don't mean to complain I just want to do everything right so I get the best results possible for my investment in Gaspari Nutrition products. I guess my point is that if this is true maybe something should be put in the instuctions about foods to stay away from while taking this product. And I apoligize if the statements I read were not true and were just (I love this term) broscience.

I believe this statement has been dismissed, as long as your not eating a assload of them everyday there shouldn't be a problem. Read up on "X Factor FAQ" thread and I believe they answer it there. The same main ingredient, AA

and eggs and red meat have never been a food you have had to avoid on XF type products (besides omega 3 rich eggs), but as everyone else said, the instructions are much more lax

No. It was originally thought that they could interfere with the ArA but most findings since have shown that normal supplementation/intake of them isn't any problem.

What link?
And OP: Its fine to eat all that stuff. The only thing it COULD do is diminish effects, and nothing along the lines of a heart attack...hope that wasnt sincere...
But, like said, Molecular Nutrition's stand is that its fine to eat that stuff.

Anytime you see it report it with like "cookie stuffing" or "affiliate link" or something in your report. I think the mods are doing something about it maybe...
