Take the pain. My callouses get ripped apart but each time your callouses will get stronger and more durable.

lol i still do but i think im the only one at my gym
i love to deadlift. although im still kinda weak and only been lifting for 2 months straight. But i like to stiff leg deadlift as i feel it works the crap outta me. as for my regular workout i try to keep the weight at around 205x8 for four sets my current best is 295x 3 times and my max is 315x1 which i know isnt **** but, hey at least im actually using free weights unlike 80 percent of the people at my gym and im not using the smith machine either. i. whoop d. IMO this is the hardest exercise i do out of my whole routine throughout the week

I do deadlifts with my second leg day putting more emphasis on the gluteals. You wouldnt think so, but its pretty easy to isolate them on this lift if you want to. Doing deadlift on back day ruins my workouts because if put at the beginning, my stability is shot for an exercise like barbell bentovers, and by the same token if put at the rear of my workout, I am far too drained to lift enough weight for the purpose of the exercise.
Deadlifts give you the best pump ever. I deadlift once a week and also when i ask people from school how much they deadlift or squat its always the same. " nah i dont squat " (me) " why not" " its hard " and then theres the " it hurts my knee's" Or the " wtf is a deadlift "
No wonder these people been working out at school gym for 2 years like every week and i have been working out like close to 8-9 months and im bigger then most of them. Its always oh i bench and bicep curl .... WOOPTY ****ING DOOOOOOOO

lol what ignorant wankers... Just don't tell them about the wonders of leg workouts, ignorant c*nts like that don't deserve to know.
I do deadlift, it is a great exercise. Great overall mass builder. You cant cut out the squats either though. A lot of people get hurt when deadlifting because of poor form and technique. That would be a major downfall. And to anyone, reading this thinking about adding deadlifts to their routine, start low weight, and focus on good form, you'll thank me in the long run.
I go to New York Sports Club... and I HAVE NEVER! NEVER! EVER EVER! Seen anyone Deadlift in my Gym! It's really awkward when I Deadlift because I feel like they are saying "who does that anymore?!?!?!" But no one deadlifts in my gym.

I was at the gym the other day and i have bodybuilders workout at my gym or should i say i work out at their gym and one guy saw me deadlifting and said 'im amazed to see someone else apart from us (the other bodybuilders) do deadlifts'.
I love deadlifting. When my workout partner and I do them, we get alot of looks like, wtf is that noise. Not many people do them at my gym, but I feel as if they work very well.
