An hour after your meal would be a fine time to take your Animal Pump

No, Animal Pump is a non hormonal product. It is a pre-workout supplement with caffiene, NO bootsers, and creatine. Basically, it helps give you energy prior to a workout as well as increase the blood flow into your muscles while training.

Yes, you can take it everyday. If you do decide to go this route, take it in the morning in between meals on your non training days. If you want to save some cash as well as packs, only take it on your training days and then take a basic creatine powder (3-5 grams) on your non training days in order to keep the creatine in your system.

Animal Pump is a preworkout formula that gives you energy prior to a workout as well as increases the blood flow into your muscles while training. Animal M-stak helps with nutrient partitioining, meaning as you intake more calories, it helps convert those calories into lean muscle mass. Yes, you should take M-Stak everyday. You can use M-Stak as follows: 3 weeks on 1 week off or 6 weeks on 2-3 weeks off. If you want to use an additional creatine product I would either go with Storm or Torrent.

I use a Bio-Force home gym (I know most don't like these kind of home gyms, but I like it) I usually drink creatine mixed in G2 while lifting and eat a protein bar afterwards. Protein drinks make me sick. I would like to try an Animal product. Should I try Animal Pak or Animal Pump?
Any advice would be helpful
Thanks

How long have you been lifting? What are your goals?
I don't think anything beats a solid multi vitamin. For this reason I would say try out Animal Pak.
If you are new to the game, then I would say after a while you could branch out and explore pre workout options such as Animal Pump.

Are you new to supplements? If so I would stick with a good multi then gradually ease into pre workout stuff.

Just ordered another can of Animal Pump along with Universal's Torrent. These two along with a good multi vitamin is always in my staple.
ilobrsandwiches you may want to look into Animal Pak for your multi. Once you see the 11 pill per day you get with Pak you will never look at the Walmart "one" a day pill the same. There is a reason a good multi cannot be made into one pill you take a day. Good Luck

If you feel that is ample and feel you are ready for a preworkout supplement then by all means try Animal Pump. It typically takes around 10-14 days for users to feel the effects.
I would suggest moving up from the walmart vitamin to Animal Pak as I feel the overall profile of Pak is tremendous.

Pump/Torrent is a GREAT combo. Glad you like it.
I couldn't agree more with your logic regarding the multi.

Thanks TC. I agree its a great company to work for as well.
That combo is great as it takes care of both your pre and post workout nutrition. Have you tried the Intra Aid yet?

I'm not going to lie. I was skeptical. I am not a big fan of drinking something besides water while lifting. I had tried a few samples of others and knew there was potential there... longest intra drank I ran previously was the Big Ant drink (combo of gatorade & creatine pretty much)... with the IA it tasted delicious and I was gulping it down so fast between sets. I definitely felt the effects of better recovery/endurance through my sets. Was very surprising but be careful it's delicious!

Thats exactly how I would do it bro, only thing is if you are really sensitive to stims and train at night I would take the red pill out of either one of those products

Animal Pump Is Amazing!!!!
Hi G-Diesel,
How you doing bro? Please help me out. I ordered 'Universal GH Max 180'. I do not have any experience whether it works or not. But I do believe it will work as I faith on Universal products. Could you please let me know what other supplements should I order to gain maximum size, strength and weight gain.
Your suggestions will be highly appreciable.
Peace!
King
