Yes, I appreciate the hott ripped and otherwise sexy girls that I have added as my friends. They have worked their asses off to look like they do and have actual abs muscles showing. No real shock there. I compliment girls who have hot pics in and among their fitness and progress pics. Who wouldn't? In sexy picture dump I am referring to girls who just use this site to post what they consider to be sexy pics and have nothing to do with health, fitness or bodybuilding. In the abs thread I was making a point, and none of the girls with actual abs will post a comment in here because to do so could make the other women who are not there yet feel bad. To be certain, I am not attempting to make the other women feel bad either, I am just making a comment, which is my 1st ammendment right, regarding using the term "abs" to show a picture of a soft, loose undefined tummy. Can those still be sexy tummy's? Hell yes! But they are not abs they are just tummys. I know it is hard for you all to get that but the fact that my point is lost on all of you doesn't make it any less valid nor does it make any of you right for bashing me.
Instead of politely agreeing or disagreeing all of you save one or two decided to bash me for them. So, I let you know where I was coming from. You are mostly all small minded people save one or two and you can all suck on a fat one.
I am happy to know that you took the time to read this and that you know where you can go.
Oh and to reply to the "Roid Rage", comment. I WISH! As soon as I get some extra money I WILL get a fat cycle of gear and I will rage on my roids. LOL if you fools think I am out of control now, you haven't seen me on a 4 steroid stack yet.

As for the environment here, i have found it to be an old boys, frat club, mixed with some very serious, experienced, helpfu,l fitness enthusiasts. The fun part is filtering out the "jokesters" and "back slappers" and getting down to the serious information.
