GN's Size on seems to be real good, ive seen there vid and it says alot about how its much better than CEE creatine etc and other creatines, which they have scientific results behind them to cover that, does any1 think size-on is great? or the best?

I've only used creatine 3 times in my life with various results.

First creatine was EAS Phosphagen when I competing in track and field. My 100m time dropped from 11.5 - 11.2s and my shot put went from 52ft to 54ft.

Second was EAS Betagen when i was in Saudi Arabia with the 82nd airborne. I had amazing strength gains, size and endurance gains. I weighed 220 and ran 2 miles in 11min 54sec

Third was a hard tablet form rather than powder, I think I picked up at 24hr fitness, it may have been Apex. It worked well for my wife but not so well for me.

My favorite was Betagen

Hey guys I am currently taking, NO Explode before work outs and I am looking for a creatine to take after workouts, I know BSN has CELL MASS for after work out but I am not sure I want to get this since NO EXPLODE has done nothing for me, I do not feel NO EXPLODE is helping, I do not feel anything after taking it so I am thinking that CELL MASS will do nothing for me neither. Will it be OK to take Size-0n after workouts even though I will be taking NO Explode before work outs? I hear Size-On is great and I'd like to try it. Thanks

Funny you feel nothing from NO Explode. I thought that stuff was supposed to be one of the better NO products out there. superpump 250 and NANO vapor have worked well for me i love the extra pump I get from NO.


BSN is a proven company they should have good products. Creatine is a proven supp as well of course it should work for you. i have used musseltech cell tech but hardly noticed much. I bought the stuff on sale from bb.com 20 bucks for 1000g cant go wrong. I have been getting good results from it. Also taking a few other supps at the moment so kind of hard to tell if it’s the Creatine alone.

I use supperpump250 pre workout and put creatine in my protine shake for post workout. I think they work well together. Dont buy stuff from GNC way overpriced. Most of the people that work there have no idea what they are talkin about anyway.

Thats my experence with GNC. Ask the big guys on here people with experence tend to know better.

As of now I take NO EXPLODE before work outs and after work outs I take Optimum 100% whey protein (2scoops)......can I just add SIZE ON to my whey protein shake? or should i take the creatine separate?

I was just wondering, I've been using Green Mag daily and I recently got SP 250 which also has creatine in it. Is that too much creatine?

if anything SizeOn has some sugars in it (not a big amount though)... maybe go with a creatine product that doesn't have carbs, such as GreenMag or Storm
