I am not sure how your metabolism is or how your your workouts are. But I would add protein in to meal one to get your muscles fed after fasting all night. You need to put when you do cardio and workouts to better answer this. I personally try to cut bread and dairy products when I am cutting, but everyone handles these differently. Also I would not have starch later in the evening unless you workout at night.

As previously stated, knowing more about your training routine (what you're doing in the gym specifically as well as when you are training) would be helpful.

Also, without telling us the amounts it's hard to say. For example, you say "potatoes." Well is that 1oz. of plain potatoes, or maybe 8oz. of potatoes covered in butter? Post more info and you'll probably get more responses.

GENERALLY SPEAKING -

M1: I would add protein. If you're in a hurry protein powder works well with oatmeal for me (I grind the oatmeal up and add it to the shake).

M2: Any info on the bar? What brand?

M3: Not a big fan of PB&J; I think you can do better.

M4: Not bad in general but again would like to know more. How much chicken/turkey/bread? Condiments?

M5: Need more info again. Might drop the yogurt since you use a lot of it.

M6: Not bad but again I might drop the yogurt here too.

Overall I do think it could use some work, however I don't typically like to see teenagers getting TOO strict with their diets. JMO.
