You might try squatting or leg pressing with your feet turned outward. This emphasizes the inner portion of the thighs. Be cautious and use a lower weight in the beginning until you establish a good balance point and absolute control.

have been doing it for 1 year, no effect
i mean the inner thighs grow, but only this upper part, which makes the difference even bigger

When in doubt...go direct. Leg extension feet turned outward as far as possible. That should work!

If you have a hack squat at your gym give them a go with wide stance.

Side-to-side squats destroy my inner quads. I only use 135 most of the time, and its pretty difficult to bust out 10 reps per side.

leg presses with a wide foot placement.
also, you might want to look into sumo deadlifts....a wider stance tends to hit the inside more.

Squats with a wide stance and toes pointed outwards, wide stance leg press with toes pointed outwards, wide stance sumo deadlifts.
I believe your trying to target the adductors.
