Question Diet or not???

Hi guys.

I'm doing a small cutting/fat loss process right now, I'm doing HIIT-Cardio 7 days a' week, and I need to have a good plan for nutrition.

So, I read about some dieting here on bodybuilding.com, and I've also read some in "Burn the fat, feed the muscles" and there it says that you should not be dieting, you should do some changes in your eating habbits instead.

The reason for this, is because when dieting you can only do it for a short periode of time, and when that time is over you will gain fat again.

So now, I got some decent eating habbits and not a diet. I do not eat candy or sweets, I do not drink soda. I eat a lot of vegetables, fruit and fish.

Should I continue with this (a good eating habbit) or should I diet with a plan?

I appreciate all answers. Thank you.

1. I would not recommend doing HIIT everyday. I can't see that being good for leg mass and/or the CNS when training.

2. Diet with a plan if you're serious about losing weight. Cleaning up the diet will result in weight loss for those who eat poorly but it doesn't sound like you're one of them. Having a plan gives you something to work off of and adjust when the fat loss slows.
