Arms Workout

Whats up guys. Been training hardcore now for the past 5 years and wanted some advice on my arms workout.

Biceps:

EZ Bar Curls - 5x5
Incline DB Curls - 2x10
Preacher Curl - 2x10 (substitute to hammer curl once every 2 weeks)

Triceps:

Weighted Dips - 5x5
EZ Bar Tricep Extension - 2x10
Bar Pull down - 2x10
Close Grip Bench 2x10.

Any advice is much appreciated. Was wondering if I should increase the sets to 3 for each excercise or keep it to 2?

Think it looks pretty solid. I'd probably just do one or the other between dips/CGBP since that's a main mass builder for triceps. I'm assuming you mean cable pressdowns when you say 'bar pull down'?

Sorry I meant cable pull down yeah.

Is 3 excercises enough for bicep or shall I add hammer curl all the time instead of substituting it?

Not sure whether to do 3 sets instead of 2 for each excercise also???

I thought it might be better if I did 3x8 instead of 2x10 for each of the arm excercises?
