J2jud,...your mass looks great,. from your prior post you say you are about 5 weeks out,..I hope you make it,..but objectively,..if I may,..you may be a little farther out from that. I know it depends on each owne body metabolism etc... but I know when i was at 16 weeks I was about the same as you are now. I hope you take this constructively.

I appreciate the critique man. Well, I was "thinking" I was about that far out, but in reality Im about 8 or a little more for the show I want to do, which is in August. Man, if I were to compete in 4 weeks.... I'd get my ass handed to me. Im figuring I'll be ready by august since I'm changing my diet up to a more resrictive degree. I'll be cutting out almost all my carbs except for the few that are in my protein shakes and rotating my lean protein/veg days on a constant basis. So, I'll be hitting the ball harder and hopefully losing the fat in the process.

Thanks a lot man. I appreciate it. I've been getting more lean as the days go on... I've just gotta keep the motivation high!
I've only been doing Low Intensity due to the Palumbo diet guidlines. It's been working pretty well considering I've kept just about all my muscle mass since the start of the diet.

Thanks man.... I think I've made even more improvements since the those pics were taken, or at least I hope so!!! Hopefully this new diet will steer me in the right direction.... just started on sunday and it looks promising.

Yeah, I know I shouldn't but I havent been up to par on my cardio since I've come down with some "****s" and my job doesnt like me to have any energy or sleep. It's amazing what 8-9 hours of sleep will do for me. I look way better when I get some sleep.
