need bulking diet please

yo whats up everyone im going to bulk up because im 115, 5' 5-6" and 15 lol im gonna try a 2300 calorie diet? ( is it fine ? ) and am gonna do 40-40-20 so 920 920 and 460 .. not that im lazy ... just i want to see what some of your suggestions look like ... thats all.... thanks everyone! ( ooo also i have no clue how many calories im at right now ) thanks again

If your trying to bulk your going to need to at least eat 3200 calories if not more to start gaining weight, especially since your still growing anyway.


starting eating plenty of turkey or chicken
plenty of carbs like fruits and veggies, whole grains
and plenty of fat like natural peanut butter.

Age: 27 Height 5'9ish, Current weight: 189.6.
Started 7/18/08: weight 229, 38 waist, large shirts.
11/22/08: initial goal made 170, 32 waist, medium shirts.
11/22/08-02/18/09: bulked to 195, 3.5k-3.8k calories, all 3 macros.
2/19-5/13/09: cut again to 159, around 2.2k calories, all 3 macros, then keto at the end.
6/1-11/8/09: bulk (164 to 198) "keto/anabolic" diet, 3800-4400 calories.
11/9-: Keto cut time again.....

3200 calories at 115 pounds is way too much. He should start at 2300 and monitor weight gains and adjust from there.

yeaa 2300 was what i was saying with 40-40-20 but what foods would you recommend in my diet... just looking for suggestions... thanks

really? noone has any suggestions or tips of what to eat on a 2300 calorie bulk diet?

Part of my job is finding creative ways to get out FB players to put weight on, here are some of their faves:
-Make sandwiches on whole-wheat/whole grain bagels instead of bread-adds more calories and good complex carbs
-Add PB to your oatmeal, protein shakes, toast, bagels, anything you think it would be good in or on
-Put nuts in your cereal if you eat cereal
-Drink a glass of milk w/most if not all, your meals
-Drink weight gainer shakes between meals (2 per day)

..those are a few from our book of tricks...there are more but that's it off the top of my head

No one here can tell you how many calories you need as they have never met you or know enough about you. Eat whole foods, eat every 3 hours if possible, lots of veg/salad , drinks lots of water. Never eat till you feel bloated and never go hungry for to long.
