Question, if I feel sick, and completely exhausted, and for some reason my stomach hurts as well, what do I have? I started feeling like this this morning when I woke up, and have no idea why.
I'm no doctor but its hard to tell what may be wrong with that description. What other symptoms do you have? Tired and sick could be related to a flu or body is warn down... Stomach cramps can vary with a illness.
Do you have a temp, a cold sweat, fever? Did you eat something that didn't sit well? Did you workout or over train...not eaten enough or to much??
But do consult with a doctor to be sure and rule out things.

Um, I don't have a temperature, or cold sweat, just feel exhausted and throat feels kind of itchy (on the verge of sickness?).
Also, it's not stomach cramps, more like the feeling after doing an intense core workout, after a long period of inactivity. But I didn't do any core workouts yesterday, and I haven't really been inactive.

Had a decent chest/tri workout tonight. Increased weight on flat bench, increased reps on skulls, stayed the same for side raises, decline ab work, and bench dips.

New to bb, not to eating clean or walking, though. :)
Lost 80 lbs in 2003. Gained it back, because it was not maintained.
Lost 30 lbs in 2007. Gained it back, because I stopped monitoring my health.
Lost almost 45 lbs in 2008 so far. It shall remain monitored, and it shall be maintained, for good.
