You could notice a huge difference
I totally disagree. You should go with the cheapest protein per/lb you can stomach. VERY few people have issues dealing with a standard high quality whey concentrate. There is a big range when buying concentrate, looking at the label can help you figure out which ones are good vs bad.

That being said you won't see a lick of difference in overall body results ASSUMING you're taking in adquate protein to start with. People overthink 90% of this stuff. Thinking the more exotic you get, the better your results will be. For 98% of lifters, they'll never notice a difference. Other than stress from trying to figure out if adding 5% of ultra magnatized fermented organic grain fed chicken isolate protein is better than 5% of soy and a lighter wallet.

I agree 100% with the body composition argument you are making. My point is that I can personally tell a difference in consuming either pure isolate or a protein with a very high isolate to concentrate percentage over consuming either a pure concentrate or very high concentrate percentage whey protein, gastrointestinally.

Or, to put it another way. I bought some GNC whey protein, that was mostly concentrate. After two weeks my boss finally asked me "What crawled up your ass and died?" I returned the remaining 5 lb jug the next day.

I'd do something simple.

25% Egg White
25% WPI
25% WPC
25% Micellar Casein

Yes, I don't argue that. With that, I'd just go with a good isolate. We use to make one under primaforce, but it didn't sell that well. I still have a few containers here, I loved it.

With Giant I-Pro gone, do you see a market opportunity now?

Nope. Protein is low margin, takes up a bunch of space and kills cash flow.

Well, upon final review, my "fantasy" protein blend ended up being...

15% egg white
20% casein
30% hydrolyzed whey
30% whey isolate
5% dextrose

BSL cholcolate
Splenda
Aminogen / vitamin and mineral

Hypothetically the taste is GREAT, btw.

In all honesty I did not find the BSL Chocolate all that great tasting. I however tried it without the Splenda. Maybe that helps?

Imo TP isn't doing the BSL flavouring justice. XF products (which I believe use the same BSL flavouring) are proof of that.

I don't know, I have the splenda and dextrose added, so frankly it tastes almost like a chocolate malt (wife said the same thing). It is not too sweet, but I'm sure if I had added the fructose it would be over the line.

I don't mind the flavor of TP, all I've tried is the premium chocolate...mostly sweet without a true chocolate flavor to it, but nothing I dread taking thats for sure.

brock2345 is on a distinguished road. (+10)
I use Sun Warrior Protein Powder. I just add it to my smoothies. I have found it to improve everything-from muscles to health. I get it cheap dimondhealth dot com. If you dont want the plain one, which i like because its versatile, they have vanilla and chocolate. mixes easily on its own in blender cup with no clumps.

I agree. But i for example can't stand concentrates. My training partner, thoughm just bought 50lbs recession concentrate of TP.com. It's like, cheapest possible, less than 4$/lb, and that's without discount...he says it's great.

40% MC
30% Egg White
30% WPH

If you replace WPH with WPI you'd have pretty close to the most popular formula there.
