6 1, 200 lb, Personal Trainer in New York City
Im 23 years old and a personal trainer in New York City. Im looking to bulk up to 225 (eating 8 meals a day). I did a photo shoot at a gym in NY called Citifitness on 2nd Avenue and 14th St (citifitness.net) about 10 days ago. Let me know what you think I should be working on or go back to the drawin board.
Heres some video of me and some pics of me:

Thank and peace

Great arms and lats. Your chest, forearms, and back thickness could use some catching up to your arms. Good luck bulkin bro.

We have similar physiques. At least upper body wise. Good back but it's overpowerd by tremendous arms and great shoulders.
Not that you are not working on that as am I. But Back width and thickness along with overall chest development should be your focus to match up.
But overall you have a tremendous start especially at such a young age. The back just takes time. An inch on the arms looks more noticeable than an inch on the back... ya dig?

I can see you're an arms and delts guy.
Train your traps more because they look quite small (in comparison)

Having looked at your vids, you look bigger than in the pics!
Saying that, considering you're a personal trainer, your form is HORRIFIC!
Your curling vid in particular is just awful!
Just another case of a personal trainer practicing **** form

gosh. nothing but love on here. most personal trainers, myself included do NOT train bodybuilders; we train sleight or overweight women. I asked for feedback; not the hatefest that you some of you guys live for on here.

It's not about hating
it's about you training people when you need training yourself..

LOL
classic
and herein lies the rub
You are exposed to laziness and mediocrity every day, which has rubbed off.
Had you had any other occupation I'm sure your training would be more balanced and intense.

The only thing I would say is that you should bow out to society and lose a little of your natural proportion to build up your chest a bit more.
