First off Franco, Thank you very much.
And As far as my diets concern I cut out all the junk food. All fast food as well. When I started out i still pretty much ate normal food just in smaller quantities and about 2 to 3 meals a day. You just need to figure out how you eat now, and trim it down a bit. Then once I got into a routine I would make it healthier food and so on and so fourth. I never really starved myself. But I also went from eating constantly and sitting down all day, to having a physical job, working out, and eating like a normal human lol.

It is always nice to see guys & girls who had a weight issue overcome it and get healthy. it's not only going to help you now but in the long run your new health will keep you alive longer. We all know people (most of us anyway) who have had medical problems or even died from their size and/or poor health and you are a great role model for kids who are overweight too.
Good job.

Yea health is definitely a motivator itself. And for you guys that are still struggling out there, I use to feel like I didn't want to do anything all day. Now I'm full of energy and extremely healthy.
And Thank You Coke Zero.

Never took a single supplement.
I'm not against them or anything it's just when I started I had very little knowledge of anything. And after a while I realized I didn't really need to take anything because I kept getting results.
And also Thanks Bro.

Same here.
It's like looking at two different people.
You should'a robbed a bank or something before you lost the weight--would have
never got caught.
and again, GREAT work

Nice dedication.
So how was your first cardio session like?
I just went through my first session, in years.. and i was GASSED/nearly breathless,
when i got home after a 1.8km (0.5mile) jog/walk

Amazing transformation! Well done, you look great.
And look at that hottie you took to a high school dance! I bet your weight loss had something to do with that.
