Hey Nick How are you man?

I wen't to my doctor and my nutritionist last saturday ( one month after my last time) and I was very impressed with the results!!

I went to L.A with 58 kilograms and about 10.6% of body fat, know after 3 weeks using CL stack I'm 57.5 Kg and 9.7% body fat I've also encreased 200grams of lean mass!! 200 grams is nothing but since I've decreased a lot my body fat I thing It is a good result!! I hope I can go to 9% until the end of december and gain a litle more lean mass! Next year will be a war to be 8% and pack 2 more kilos of lean mass!!

How about you, whats your goal for next year?

See ya Nick!

Nick,
I know your a busy man and I am excited to hear about these videos with CL/BB.com it sounds sick can't wait to hear more about that.
Now onto my question I have been wanting to try the CL stack for a couple months now, but not sure what I should buy for the stack. I remember you saying you were going to make a video talking about what to stack with what and was wondering if that is still a future plan?

On another note I just included the lateral raises with a cable as a starter and boy you are right....is that ever a burn or what. Toast your delts before you even get into the heavy weights.

Keep up the great work!!

Cardio-10 mins on the bike, level 12.

Another great day in the gym, right from the first routine, I knew it was going to be a good day. Hit up the bench first and then went from there. I focused really hard on squezzing those chest muscles today and got footage of pushing up 200lbs on the incline chest press for about 9 reps, pretty happy about that..I remember having a plate and a 10lber on each side and pushing 8 reps, that used to be really hard for me, so strength is definitely progressing, very happy. Talked a litte bit with this kid names Ryan today, cool kid, beastly dude with freak genetics, kid is 100% natural and doesn't take any supps at all. We talked about training and other things and I spotted him a couple times which I don't mind doing at all, if anyone needs a spot, I'm there to help them out. Anyway, I'll be posting up a blah blah talk vid tonight as well as that 200lb incline chest press vid on my page in about an hour or so.

Tomorrow's legs and man it's going to HURT!!...but pain is a good thing.

I'll be answering some posts right now,

Have a great night everyone.

Nick

I've done a lot of reading up on nutrition and it's something that has always interested me. Nutrition is a huge part of building your ideal physique whatever it may be. Most people who are in incredible shape know what works for them because they themselves know their body's the best. I have always been a prety picky eater, so I guess that in a way helps with the strict part of my dieting when it comes time to really cuttin up. I pretty much stick to a high protein, mod carb, low fat diet year round..but recently have bumped up my cals more than I ever have in the past and am finally putting on some size which people are noticing as well as myself. Cals are the ultimate key for sizin up, cals and carbs. I've upped both recently and may need to bump them up just a bit more..For some it's trial and error, seeing what works for you, everyone is different. I never drastically change things, I like to do things slowly and monitor the changes physically that way I know what I need to do or not do.

Hope this helps a bit..

Take a couple days off, let it heel..When I did my chest last year..I took a couple days off and let it heal..if you don't there will be problems in the healing process..So yeah best bet is to just chill for a couple days or so until you feel it's ok to train.

Thanks a lot dude! Yes I do cycle my supps. When I'm done with a tub of White Flood, I'll take about a week to 2 weeks off and then get back on it. You don't need to cycle creatine (GM)..but it's something I have always done..I used to take about a month straight off, but now I am switching from Green Mag to Green Bulge every two months or so..taking 1 solid week off from creatine.

I am doing great dude, I've been really focused on training lately, even more than I was, I have many goals and next year is a big big year for me, competing and all for the first time. I want to do well, so I am going to train hard and do the best I can to put on some solid lbs keeping as much definition as possible within the next 10 months and then cut to shreds when it's comp time! I've just got to stay focused.

Congrats on everything Marcelo!!! Keep at it!

You're right, Nick about nutrition being a huge part of building your ideal physique. I went to college for Hospitality Management with a minor in Hotel Management. I got into bodybuilding my 3rd year of college and began to realize just how important nutrition was iin regards to overall health and building a better body. So, I changed my minor over to Nutrition and went 1 year longer (5 years total rather than the typical 4) to further educate myself on nutrition. Now I talk to so many individuals in my gym about healthy eating habits. It's suprising just how many people have no idea on how to eat right. This guy I talk to at my gym who's a also a cop, I overheard him talking about his diet to someone else and some of the foods he eats are HORRIBLE! (I turned him and another cop I know onto White Flood, Nick and they love it as well by the way!!) Anyways, I could ramble on forever about nutrition but I won't take up anymore space here. Congrats, Nick on hitting 200 on chest press for 9 reps and feeling strong! As always, all my best to you, Nick! You're truly an inspiration to us all here....

Nick, I noticed you haven't mentioned any drinks besides protein shakes. Is that because you only drink water basically?

Also thanks for posting up your diet/workouts this is extremely helpful

Hey Nick-
Quick question, When you do the cable crunches do you touch your elbows to your knees or the floor. I have been incorporating these but think my forms off. Another note, I read the post about "will nick ever get to 185" and thought it was complete bullsh*t. I bulked up to 230 and thought it was all cool benching alot but hated the way I looked. Thanks for the inspiration and keep working hard.

Thanks,

By the time I hit the horzontal leg press after the hacks the quads were burnin up and it felt great. I got the day off tomorrow from everything..work and training, so I'm going to enjoy it with my wife and maybe go see a movie or something, also have the big UFC fight tomorrow night which I am really looking forward to, I will be watching that..I've been a fan for years, love MMA. Anyway, solid day today and I plan on enjoying these next 2 days off and then it's back to work!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Nick

Idon't see why it wouldn't be effective, it definitely brings the intensity and it looks like a killer workout! I personally have never been that interested in trying out the keto diet, it's something I read up on awhile ago and really didn't make me go, I want to try that. I know a lot of people are all about it, and that's awesome, do what workds for you, it's just something I don't think I'll introduce to my body.

On another note I just included the lateral raises with a cable as a starter and boy you are right....is that ever a burn or what. Toast your delts before you even get into the heavy weights.

Keep up the great work!!
Thanks a lot dude! I am excited too! I still am going to post a video very very soon about my stacks. What is your goal right now..you want to put on some weight\solid lbs..or you looking to cut up?..I can recommend something for you depending on what you're going for.

..and yeah dude, those lateral raises with the cables are killer!

Nick thanks for your suporting and the words that keeps me my motivation in the gym! It is really amazing to see results coming out!

About the MMA UFC today, take a good look at Damian's fight ( Brazilian)
He is one of the best Jiu-Jitsu fighters in Brazil he is a great submission fighter and we used to practice together, he was from the same team that me ( Alliance Jiu-Jitsu) he changed the team but he is a great guy and remains a good friend of Alliance's fighters.

He is a former black belt of my master (teacher) Fabio Gurgel, who was at the UFC a long time ago!

I will be watching the fight and supporting Damian!

I do also like Randy and will cross my fingers in that fight but to be honest I think Lesnar will take this one!! I hope I'm wrong!

Have a great weekend Nick

Nick-"I was told I make a very sexy serial killing hag."

Bro, like I said before, when I looked at your pic that day, it reminded me of a girl I think I dated...Ha ha...luckily I got out before I found out whether she was a serial killing hag" although she had the hag thing down! LOL,

PS-I ordered the vanilla ice cream protein powder, the Orange Dreamsicle was good however, after a constant month of it, it got old. Glad when it gets here to change it up.

Peace dude! your diet looks a lot like mine! (http://www.garandstiger.com/krgwpblog) wonder why??!! LOL

White Blood vs White Flood

Nick Ive been using WF (powder) for about a month now, and i recently ordered White Blood pills. My plan is to take the WF regularly during workout days and WB before i sleep during the weekends. Is that alright, or should I just completely subsitute WB for WF? Thanks!!

Also, do you think I should mix glycergrow with wraath or Green Bulge? Thanks a lot Nick and keep it up!! Gettin bigger there bro!

Eric

Hey Nick!!!

Your journal is awesome. Your training like a freak! I'm 2 months in from a 12 month break and I'm hitting weights 2 days on 1 day off. Have u always gone 5 days straight, or is something you've only just changed to recently?

Thanks man! Repped and Subbed!
