Funny, but this is EXACTLY what i was going to post as the compliments i "gave" women that they 'appreciated' the most. To the OP, looks are way too obvious, and, at times, sound too superificial. Many many women get complimented all day long (i.e. OFTEN) on their looks, and it gets old fast.
Dont you want to stand out and be REMEMBERED for your compliments?? Here are 3 'examples' that i have used with different ladies that i have spent time with over the last 5 or so years.....
(1) You have the biggest 'heart' of anyone i have ever gotten to know.
(obviously, you can use this only in situations which support it, as in
the times you observe her being very kind or showing sympathy to
someone less fortunate)
(2) You are SO much FUN to be around.
(again, dont blurt this out at a funeral or wake, but when it is
appropriate)
(3) You know, you just showed how you are ALL CLASS.
(again, it is relative to a situation. i JUST used this the other nite,
when my lady and i were out with a group of friends. as the story
goes, there was a legit 'biotch' of a blonde in the group who didnt
know many of us, includding my lady very well. well, the 'biotch' was
an EXTREME attention whore, who got relativity upset when i didnt
pay her an inkling of 'attention' while i kept my eyes and thoughts
focused on my own little lady (side note: why in hell would i EVER
take my attention from my OWN lovely lady to please or waste on
an attention-whore biotch anyway?? HELLO???)
anyway, i digress. the AWbiotch started to 'verbally PLAYFULLY attack' my lady for no apparent reason (other than to create more attention maybe). well, my lady SHOWED extreme class, and wasnt about to
enter into verbal sparring or worse, and handled the situation perfectly. as we drove home, i told her how she really impressed me with
her resolve and self control, and it showed me she was just ALL CLASS.
you'd think i had just given her a million bucks or something. TRUST ME, complimenting something you truly like about someone's personality is the best thing you can ever do for both them (and you
