Looking for my first supplement to try out...
Im on my 5th month of lifting and would like to try some supplements. I was thinking about that methyl 1-d but then started reading about it here, anything you guys recommend?
Im 30yrs old, 230lbs benching 215
would rather not buy powders that i have to mix

i would recommend
On 100% Whey any flavor
Animal Pak (multi) if you are not already taking one
add some essential oils
bcaas
as for pre workout
sp250 by gasparri or fast-twitch by cytosport would suffice
plenty of healthy food and rest.

Good Post although i'd Recommend taking the BCAA's Post Workout instead with ideally a Simple Carb Drink.

Ultimately I just want to look good and drop some fat. My plan is to bust my ass all winter bulking up then start cutting in come March/April. Not looking to be gigantic but knowing myself ill just keep going at it getting as big as i can
Ive think pre workout im going to try that white flood for energy since i seem to always seem to have energy issues.
Should i try any creatine stuff also? All i keep hearing is that it just makes your retain water and makes the appearance of being bigger.

creatine retains water, yes.....but if gives you muscles a more swelled look, then why t he **** not? thats what you want, swelled up muscles right?
among other things, creatine will almost immediately bring all your lifts up
so in the long run, being on creatine will bring ou serious mass

is this your first time taking supplements if so try out something that is not very expensive and see it take affect for a cycle or two. the only thing i used for my national powerlifting competitions were muscle milk and EAS creatine start out small and once you get into lifting more and start reading more then you can decide where you want to go with your lifting- Butcher

i would recommend if you wanna do creatine just a basic monohydrate for starters and see how you react with it. once you get in the groove you could try other products and see what works best.

hows that sound?
Also can i get all this stuff from my local GNC or other shops around here? I think theres a couple others like GNC, cant remember the names though.

sounds pretty good so far and you could get them at a vitamin shoppe as well not sure which is closer to you. also get them online as you already know

picked up the animal stack and creatine at V shop, but could not find the white flood there or GNC, neither of them ever heard of it.

Definitely order online. That way there is no limit on what you can get and most times you save money even with the cost of shipping. Hell if you order online with bb.com they have free samples of some products that you can include with your order and try out stuff before you buy it. White Flood is great so I would definitely order it. Animal Pump is great too.

methyl 1d and Formadrol Extreme for pct are great first time starter ph's for a bulk i think. and then when you get ready to cut try out Liquid Masterdrol and Formadrol Extreme

Ditch the white flood. Get caffeine pills if you need energy. Pass on the Animal Stak and replace with Animal Pak or other multi. Prolab Mono is a great choice. You will thank me later for saving you money.

Not in my case. Creatine Monohydrate has a very positive impact on energy levels which enable me to recover more quickly than without it. If I weren't taking Creatine Monohydrate, I'd have to restrict myself to full body workouts about every 5 days. With supplementation of Creatine Monohydrate, I can adopt a split routine and workout every 2 days. The benefit on my body's energy level is just that noticeable. YMMV
