Stop lifting and start running. 25-30 miles a week will start to do it after a month or so.

doubt you gained 20 lbs of muscle in 4 months, listen you gained weight, no big deal. its happened to all of us. Watch your diet, burn more calories than you take in- and you'll lose all that pesky, extra muscle.

Post a real pic dont have to see your head f you are camera shy.
5ft2 125 lbs and 22% bf and you look really buff.

not be mean to you nikki but i dont know why everyone is saying "i doubt u put on 20 lbs of muscle with cardio,protein and no weights" common even if you weight trained 5x a week, NO F*ing way! guys hope for 20lbs of MUSCLE a year YES a year and they have so much more advantages over girls with gaining pure dry muscle.
so please close the discussion of the muscle gain BS and that you even implied you gained what u say you did and stick on topic that you want to lose some muscle because you feel you look to buff *huh*?
well keep your protein at a moderate and just do cardio and you will lose your muscle even with a sufficient amount of protein no weight lifting and just doing cardio (running) alot you will lose it.
. i didnt want to sound mean so please dont take it that way, but i wanted to prove a point to. anyways later
