Kindda embarrasing putting "old" pics up but I guess we all had to start somewhere. The first was taken 3 years ago and I just took the new one today.

1 year transformation 36 lbs of muscle.
This is a pic from around October 2007, and October 2008. Been in the gym for 11 months now healthy. (Had nerve damage that kept me out of a gym for over 2 years and went from 232 to about 185.

Skinny Me.
Hey all.
First two pictures are from before I started going to the Gym.
I am 6ft (183cms) , and in the first two pictures, only 55kgs (121lbs)
These next few images are relatively recent.
Still 6ft (183cms) , but at 170lbs.
BACK
FRONT
FRONT
I do have a full body shot, which has my quads/hammies in it .. though obviously I'm only wearing briefs; so figure I can't post it due to what would be perceived to be nudity.
So I'll explain how they look.
Quads and Hammies are coming along. About 3 - 4 times the size of the past, though still not big enough to be considered great. Calves are embarassing, though I'm sure all of us who were skinny struggle with our calves!

Cheers mate.
Two years for this.
I didn't "bulk" then "cut" , though like most people.
I just kept lifting hard, and eating well enough to gain mass, without too much body fat. Over the entire two year period, I gained only 2% body fat (overall, though it would've fluctuated over time); though gained 22kgs , so I certainly can't complain
