Brian looks unreal! Something for all of us to strive for in the future. He has really set the standard for natural bodybuilding.

Hey guys - Just wanted to say thanks for all the kind words! This was a fantastic show and I was fortunate enough to come away with the LW class win. There were some incredible BBers in my class, including Clement Yearwood, Shaun Clarida, and Luis Santiago. Clement in particular pushed me very, very hard - probably beating me in a few poses. His symmetry is unreal and he is a class act as well.
I'm also very happy for Brandon, he has had some bad luck at this show in prior years but I think he nailed it this year and was a deserving champion. I thought I pushed him hard in the overall but his size was just too much for me to overcome.
Thanks again to Kurt and all the guys at Scivation (it was awesome to finally meet Rob and Marc in person - these guys are what BBing should be about!)
Will try to write more later - thanks again for all the congrats.
Brian

Brian, you are not only an incredible BB'er, but also a great sportsman. Very few would be willing to acknowledge the derservingness of another to win as you did with Brandon.
Congrats on your LW win at the worlds. Dude you look wicked sick!!
You are an inspiration to an amateur BB'er like myself.

I wanted to see how he looks in the offseason to see how lean he stays or if he tries to put on as much muscle as possible during the offseason but still staying relatively lean then just diets longer. Another reason is to see how big and proportional he looks at his offseason peak, to compare to his stage conditioning.
He has by far the most aspiring physique for a natural I have ever seen!

Thanks again everyone for the congrats, it was a lot of fun and I am looking forward to eating and making some improvements this off-season!
Tim, really appreciate the compliment bro - especially coming from a Team U winner! Means a lot man, thanks.
Alli you looked great as well! Congrats to you.
David, attached are a couple shots of me 13 weeks out. I am probably in the low 180s in these. Remember I diet for roughly 26 weeks, so this is after 13 weeks of dieting - sorry, don't have any pics of me at "peak" off-season weight.

I posted the link, because Brian states that he gets up to about 10%BF. I know it's not a pic, but it should give an idea of where he begins since we've seen the end product.
As far as my next contest, maybe next October, or I might take another year. It's going to take some time to fill out this 6' frame.

JUst Sick, there's no other word for it. I saw seated right in middle, maybe 3rd or 4th row back, but in no way can you even see the intricate details evident in those pics. Really goes to show just how impressive a lightweight can appear with the right conditioning.
