Ill get negged again by |ceman but really not much. I didnt have a gym membership for I think the entire time, maybe like 3 weeks. I mostly just biked a couple times a week which is an hour riding on trails, and usually fasted or close to it.

Diet wasnt all that great, but I didnt overeat for sure. I cut down a bit on the cals. Not too huge of a change.

I started training out of high school back in 1988. I trained on and off since then with little to no results. I always went to the gym but I'd be that guy wandering around not knowing what I was doing. I got serious about changing the way I looked after a rotator cuff injury. I was also tired of going to the beach and wearing a shirt. I made a commitment this year to get serious. I started using Gaspari products with reservations January of this year and all the products did what they claimed. In September of this year I made a 3 month goal to trasnform my body with a goal of 10% BF at 200 pounds. I'm currently 217 pounds down from 234 pounds. Gaspari works!

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Monday: Back, Abs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Legs, Calves
Thursday: Shoulders, Abs
Friday: Arms, Calves
Saturday and Sunday: OFF

Currently following the Chronicles of Flex Lewis pre-contest training for all bodyparts.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Monday: 30 minutes interval running
Tuesday: 30 minutes stair climber
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 30 minutes interval running
Friday: 30 minutes stair climber
Saturday and Sunday: OFF

Meal 5: Lean meat, brown rice, sweet potato, green beans or cucumber

For meals 2 and 4 I will use a protien bar sometimes too.

I started my journey while on my first tour to Iraq. I had a few friends who liked to lift, and I found it to be a great stress reliever. I tried to read as much as I could about everything that had to do with health and fitness. I have stayed fairly consistent but the past 2 years have by far been my best. I have really dialed in my nutrition and training and feel that I am still improving everyday. I love this lifestyle so much I became a personal trainer after getting out of the Army so I could help others achieve their goals as well.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): No two workouts are ever the same, but I hit one bodypart per week, with circuit training on Saturdays.
Monday: Back & Abs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Legs & Abs
Friday: Shoulders & Traps
Saturday: Circuit/Fullbody endurance
Sunday: Off

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
5-6 days/week, alternate between longer sessions (45-60 min) of low intensity with shorter sessions (20-30 minutes) of high intensity. I use all the cardio machines, always switching things up to keep from getting bored.

Heres what I had today, macros are usually about the same everyday.

Meal 1
2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites

1/4 cup raisins

Meal 3
2 slices Ezekiel bread
6 oz sliced turkey
1/4 cup almonds

Meal 4
50g whey
1 banana

8 oz ground beef
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta
Green salad with olive oil & vinegar

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup almonds

Current Daily water intake:
At least 1 gallon, usually closer to 2. I just carry a jug around with me and I always refill it at least once, so I know its always between 1-2 gallons.

Short Term Goal:
Cut to 185 lbs while retaining my strength, which has always been a problem when I lose weight.

Long Term Goal:
I'd like to be 200 lbs with the same bodyfat % I have when I weigh 185 lbs.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I was 105lbs heavier 3 years ago when I decided to make a transformation of my life. Through diet, cardio and weight training was able to drop the weight in under a year. From there I wanted more so I became a personal trainer so i could help others make the transformation I had. I started competing in figure shows and fell in love with it. Started modeling which put me in a dozen publications from planet muscle magazine to being published as "2006 Sexiest Female Model" to "2007 Hottest Fit Body". My goals at this point are to continue to inspire and motivate by sharing my story as well to become a known spokesmodel/competitor/image in the industry. I want people to see that excuses are only in your life because you allow them. You can do and become whatever you want with the right motivation and drive. I plan to compete again next year and WILL go pro at some point. In the meantime, I want to get on board with a solid reputable supp company who acknowledges and values my drive and knows that nothing is going to stop me. I want to work the arnold and the olympia and truly just want to be a known, respected and sought after face in the industry who truly inspires with every step. I want someone to have ME and my transformation hanging on their fridge for motivation!

I do a diff body part daily. Each workout i warmup with lunge variations (4) and walking calves with weight.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Perform 3 days of 40 min of low-moderate intensity cardio in the morning; 1 evening per week perform HIIT cardio for 30 min, 1 other i do 40 min moderate intensity (20 min stepper, 20 min machine of choice)

I've lost a little under 70lbs in 18 weeks. I was bulked up to 272lbs and pretty fat when I started. Zach and JV saw my initial 10 week transformation photos from 272lbs to 230ish. Stress, working hour weeks, etc really took a toll on me for awhile after the Arnold Classic last year.
