I saw a pumpkin ravioli recipe on mens health that sounded good. Plus one for pancakes.

Hope that helps

Hi tinkers08:
I've really enjoyed the recipe that Muscle and Fitness had a couple issues ago. Here it is:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup lowfat/nonfat milk(soy would work to, just in case your Lactose Intolerant)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend it up on high until everything is nice and smooth.
Enjoy!

Well you did it wrong if it tastes like ****.
1) Canned pumpkin has a very strong taste. Don't use a lot of it.
2) Canned pumpkin is good when mixed with certain other flavors that compliment it such as cinammon, nutmeg, vanilla and banana
3) Pumpkin can easily be turned into custard and other low cal treats that pack a lot of fiber and taste good.
