Help Please !!! Leg Workouts

Hey i need some help i tore my ACL bout a year ago and its 100% my speed is the same and all that but i need help gaining back all the weight i lost from it whats the best thing 2 do ???

If it's 100% do heavy squats. They are your friend for gaining weight, you can also do leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, and leg press to kill them off.

Reps (6-8)
Sets (3-4)

I have had 2 knee surgeries, ACL, MCL and meniscus so I know where you are coming from. I have also had 5 shoulder surgeries. The biggest change for me was switching to the smith machine for my squats. I still squat heavy, but the machine provides alot of stability. I also use wraps when I start going above 350. If your knee is 100% there is no substitute for squats.
