Yoke(neck, traps, rear delts) is this enough?
As most people seen in my last blogs I've changed direction. If you cant get best at it all then find something to be best at!
This is my program to gain my unatruly big yoke, what do you think?
Workout A:
Squat - 10x2
Deadlift - 6x1
Hise Shrug - 1x25
Hang Clean - 3x3
Upright Row - 3x15
Neck work - 2x30
Workout B:
Bench Press - 8x3
Incline Bench - 2x8
TGU - 2x5
Bent-Over Laterals - 3x8
Bridge - 3x30sec
Neck work - 2x30
I'm thinking of doing mon/tue, thur/fri.
What do you think?
