HITCH HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING...Try this!!
Try this High Intensity Interval Training Routine. I do mainly hiit with all my clients.. great for building endurance, getting ripped and feeling good. This actual routine is designed for someone in good to great shape.. so pace yourself and maybe do a little less on weight or take a bit more rest time.. The key to this is going from one to the next with very little rest but only do what you can..

I am going to agree with this, it's not really HIIT at all.
Also you had the guy sprinting on the spot on a concrete floor you are going to damage is joints/ankles etc. If you are going to do that then he must do it on a padded surface of some sort.

Its a huge super set mixed with Hiit cardio in between every 2-3 weighted exercises, some of the training is faster some slower.. very little rest time...when i think circuit training i think 80 year old at the ymca following the numbers on the machines with 5 minute rest periods.. this is obviously much different then that..

HIIT means exactly that HIGH INTENSITY - the whole way throw your training session, you don't do high speed rest let the dude get his breath back with a less intense set, nope it's hard going the whole way through..
sorry that wasn't HIIT in my books...
sorry the floor looked concrete, couldn't tell it was black padding.

Maybe my training style is different then what you are used to, Ill call it high intensity butt woopings mixed with no rest time.. lol.. I have 100's of transformations with the style that i train my clients with.. you dont take rest periods.. its high intensity 45-60 .. you can rest the rest of the day.. max 30 second rest periods but its one to the next to the next.. and obviously a sound meal plan
10 weeks, 70 days.. and he didnt lose any weight..

I here what you are saying but HIIT is all about your heart and not letting it drop below a certain point. For me I think it was 145 which is really quite low because when I'm resting it gets down to about 150 - 155 before I have to go again. My hr hits 180 during the working rep.
Now from I saw in the vid you had him do pullups and curls - sorry but that wouldn't elevate my hr enough.

it looks like a routine that works, but you've still put the wrong label on it.
nice job regardless, seems very effective no matter what you call it.

Your not understanding.. yes pullups alone will not raise your heart rate enough thats why you mix in the super high level cardio. and go straight into it never resting.. your heart rate will remain super elevated during the whole routine
Heres a task for you.. try this exact routine next time you go to the gym.. jumps, high intensity cardio all of it exactly the same.. i promise you that your heart rate will be well over 145 for 6-8 straight minutes.. then you can name it whatever you want, lol.. I know what works and its why my clients get crazy results in 10-12 weeks

Well, I don't know what you call it.... Hitch's High Intensity Training maybe?? ;-) Whatever label you put on it.... it works... Micah is an incredible trainer and the amount of transformation stories that he has is absolutely amazing. He's got a great training style, but more than that he has a passion for helping people transform their bodies and their lives, which is unparalleled. The workouts are killer.. try them :-)
