Had a pretty good workout today. Pulling muscles. DB Curl is at 30lbs per arm, shrug is at 40lbs per arm, deadlift is 135lbs before my grip is too weak.
As for cardio, I ran for 10 minutes, then biked for 10 minues after the workout. While I was running I sweat a bit, but not THAT much, but as soon as I switched to the bike i began to sweat like a pig. weird? I know I need more cardio but my endurance is not great yet, im doing what I can. Remember I have hockey on weekend too! XD

Ok well i have decided that I am working out super hard and still want to lose weight but I dont want to stop taking creatine becasue I am liking it alot. I feel alot better working out in the weight room with it in my system. People say it looks like my stomach has gone down already some but im sure its just my chest getting bigger. So I will just deal with putting on the excess water weight and just work overtime to burn fat. Im about 23 percent body fat right no. I know creatine isnt the answer but i like what im seeing.

I originally signed up for lapband surgery, but because of insurance companies I had to take some weight management courses and see a nutritionist for 6 months before having the surgery. After about 3 months I had dropped about 40 lbs just by following the model my nutritionist gave me. Then I decided to cancel the surgery.
Then I hit the weights hard and started walking in my developement for cardio. My gym just opened on Monday 11/3 so now I'm looking to make some serious changes.

I'm in. 204 at 16% Bf as of Nov 1. My goal is 188-190 at around 11-12% BF in 3 months. I am currently just starting a cyclical keto diet and lifting like a mad man.

Hey dude the "Direct Link Here" is supposed to be the link to wherever you have your picture loaded online. Example: Photobucket, or you can just embed it with the code the website gives you. Otherwise you have to load it thru bb.com & a link will come up rather then the picture.

I know the process of uploading picture should be easy I cannot get them to display them. Here is the what I am doing! I up load the image using bb.com thru attachment manager, ex.Sunset.jpg, then I click on it and copy the link in the url bar and post it as
but it still shows up as link but not as a picture such as above, I know it is probably something mediocre but I can't figure it out!!!!!
thanks for your help!!

Gonna give this a go just because I'm curious myself.
All right, I found your problem, Northbiker. Its exactly what Phillyboy7 said. The link your trying to get the forum to link to was not an image itself, it was a site with an image on it. In order to make the forum link straight to an actual picture you need to host your image on a free hosting site somewhere and post a link to that image in the IMG tags. You will need the link to have an ending with .jpg or some other form of picture that works with the img tags.
If you want to give it a try yourself, I uploaded your picture to
http://www.freeimagehosting.net/upload.php
and then set a link to the URL they give ya.

Am i eating enough?
Bfast- Granola bar
snack-either nothing or handful of nuts
lunch- chicken(4oz) or salmon (4oz), salad and some kind of fruit
snack- hadful of nuts or oats and honey bar.
dinner- same as lunch
I do pt with my unit at night around 7 then drink my NO Xplode and go to the gym for 1.5 hours minimum. Pt with my unit always consists of running either hills or about 2 miles. Sometimes interval training.
I really need advice. Also i do feel good and its been about a week and a half of eating like this. I also take hydroxycut.
Alright well please tell me if this sounds pretty good or what.
*keep in mind that im in iraq and this is really about as healthy as i can eat. its hard to even do this much

I would add some more protein, if possible. Shoot for .75-1.5g of protein per pound you weight. As your weight drops, taper down the protein along with it.
Thanks for doing your duty! I appreciate the sacrifice you're making for our country!

Another workout yesterday, unfortunately I was feeling pretty weak. I tend to feel tired all the time, except once I get my self going in the gym. Apparently my family has a tendancy for iron deficiency? No idea, scale is still reading 205;bs regularely, so I did drop another couple of pounds, which is awesome. Will add all others to the list later tonight, gotta jet right now.
CommoSoldiedr, I would recommend eating more, maybe a slightly bigger peice of chicken or salmon with the meal, some more lean meats, tuna. I would suggest eating a proper breakfast other than a granola bar. I started and I do feel better throughout the daywhen I have a decent breakfast.

I weighed myslef today, at the start of the contest I was 264 ( I know I said 260 but that was a rough guess) and now down to 257 so 7 pounds pretty good for the first week but I believe it was mostly execes water.

Having a rough day, today. But I'm getting through it alright. Going to take an hour or two for chores, before I go over to the gym. It's a bit odd, though, since I'm usually in the gym sometime in the morning. Oh well! Things do come up. :/
I found my camera (huzzah!) so I will be taking some progress photos today, both in bathing suit and in workout clothes. Only uploading the workout clothes one, for now. I don't want anyone to see the bathing suit photo until I'm fit! LMAO I could open a bakery, I have so many rolls.
xx
Doing well, though. Weighed in at 251.5 this morning.

Thanks man...I'll check it out.
I barely got to the gym last night I was sitting on the couch planning on not going until I had one of those "aw ha moments" and told myself to get my ass up and go!
